What exactly does "white-label" mean and how does it work?

White-label means: Your clients see only your brand, not MiraSmart Finance. You get access to the complete software with your logo, your colors, and optionally your own (sub)domain. Depending on the package:
• STARTER: Branding on our platform
• LITE: Custom subdomain (e.g., yourname.mirasmart.de) + individual branding
• PRO: Completely custom domain (e.g., businessplan.yourname.com) + full corporate identity
Your clients work with "your" software – we remain completely invisible.
How does the "active clients" model work?

You only pay for clients who are currently active working on a business plan. Once a plan is finished and no longer being edited, that client no longer counts as active – you pay nothing more.
Example LITE (€249, 4 clients incl.):
• 4 clients active → €249
• 6 clients active → €249 + 2×€79 = €407
• 2 clients active → only €249 (minimum)
You can create unlimited business plans, but only pay for simultaneously active clients.
What does setting up my white-label solution cost?

STARTER: No setup fee! You can start immediately.
LITE: €590 one-time for subdomain setup + individual branding
PRO: €1,990 one-time for custom domain, SSL certificate + full CI
Setup fees include complete technical setup, branding customization, and personal onboarding. You don't have to worry about anything.
Can I switch between packages?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:
Upgrade: Immediately possible, you only pay the difference pro-rata for the current month.
Downgrade: Possible at the end of the current billing period.
Your data and business plans are retained with every switch. When upgrading from STARTER → LITE or LITE → PRO, the respective setup fee applies.
Are the business plans accepted by banks?

Yes! Our business plans are accepted by over 15 banks and funding institutions (Sparkasse, Volksbank, KfW, IHK, etc.). We work according to IHK guidelines and the financial plans meet German bank requirements. 95% of our clients receive their financing – even with white-label under your brand.
Is there a minimum contract period?

No! All packages are cancelable monthly, no minimum term.
